中文摘要 | 本研究以商用VOD製程所產製SUS316L鋼胚做為電極棒,分別使用兩種不同組合比例CaF2-CaO-Al2O3爐渣在固定其他控制變數下進行ESR二次精煉,藉由硫含量與清淨度的分析,探討不同爐渣對ESR精煉不鏽鋼清淨化的影響。實驗結果顯示ESR精煉對降低硫含量及提升清淨兖有顯著作用,可使硫含量從原28ppm降至2ppm,爐渣鹽基度愈大則除硫效果愈佳;同時介在物總數量約減少為原來的1/2倍,且使用爐渣黏度愈小對介在物去除效果愈佳。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, two slags with different CaF2-CaO-Al2O3 percentage composition are employed to Electro Slag Remelting (ESR) and the USU316L continuous casting billets made by Vacuum Oxygen Decarburization (VOD) are used for ESR electrodes. The sulfur content and cleanness of the wire rod produced by VOD and VOD- ESR melting process are identified. The results indicate desulfurization can be promoted by higher slag basicity CaO/SiO2 and the inclusions are removed effectively by lower slag viscosity. It is observed that the sulfur content can be reduced from 28ppm to 2ppm and the total number of inclusion is decreased 50% at least after ESR treatment. |
