英文摘要 | Tin-plate hot-rolled product is shipped to downstream customers which in turn cold-rolls to a thinner gauge (<0.3mm),then tin coated to supply canneries for containing food or beverage. Such application requires a strict inner quality control of tin-plate to holding food a long period of time. Severe inclusions burst out in 1997 during coldrolled process at downstream customer site. To reduce such inclusions and improve the cleanliness of tin-plate, many efforts have been made, such as by adding Al-mixer to deoxidize slag after tapping, installing slag detector during ladle exchange in slab casting and setting up dam/weir in tundish, etc. |
