中文摘要 | 集管(header)是鍋爐最重要的關鍵性零組件之一,由於具有更換困難、成本高的特性,因此設計上至少有20萬小時以上的運轉壽命。然而最常發生異常情況的鍋爐集管,在蒸汽集管方面是過熱器出口集管與再熱器出口集管,水側集管則是省煤器進口集管。這些集管長期承受高溫、高壓或腐蝕嚴苛環境下運轉,極易造成這些集管提早發生損壞而無法運轉。本文介紹集管的損壞型態及其肇因,並說明本公司電廠首次發生高溫過熱器集管破損的檢修經過,再探討本公司現有的鍋爐集管維護技術及其預防對策。 |
英文摘要 | Headers are one of the most critical components in power boiler with designed life at least 20,000 operation hours for the concerns of durability and reliability. However, both steam and water types of header were suffered from strict condition in boiler during operation, and resulted in failure happened earlier than we expected to force outage unit for safety reasons. The paper introduces the different kinds of fail type occurred in headers and case study of header fail first happened in Taipower. Furthermore, the countermeasures and preventative methods are also discussed to share valuable experiences with persons dedicated in the realm of power boiler. |
