中文摘要 | 船舶於航行中,若因機器故障,導致停俥漂流時,船舶安全及船員生命將遭受嚴重威脅。故維持船舶機械設備正常運轉,是輪機工程人員之工作職掌。然而,由於船舶行駛於海洋中,易受水氣及鹽分浸蝕,更有機器運轉過程中之磨損,零件長時間受應力變形,常使機器無預警之停機故障,尤以支撐船舶大軸之軸承,更是船舶傳動機構之重要零件。對於船舶軸承之檢測,傳統上皆以量測振動頻譜為主。然而,由於振動分析是一門需經驗累積之專業技術,尚且軸承之構造複雜,於某些零組件損壞所衍生之振動特徵並不甚明顯。本研究中利用紅外線熱影像技術快速掃瞄之特點,針對一轉動軸模型,進行軸承損壞之溫度升高量測,研究與軸承損壞原因之關聯性,並與振動量測分析之結果比對,以建立振動分析與紅外線熱影像檢測船舶軸承之方式與時機。研究結果發現,當軸承內部滾珠受損時,其振動及溫升訊號皆明顯增加;在軸承失油之故障時,其溫升值比振動量之增加較為明顯,且兩種故障原因之溫升情形,皆與其是否產生滑動運動有關。 |
英文摘要 | If the engine of ship were broken when the ship is sailing in the Sea the accidence will threaten the life of people on the ship. Therefore, keep running of machine in ship plays an important role for engineer of ship engineering. However, for the most of ships, the machines of ship are easier to shutdown due to the corrosion and erosion in the sea. Measuring vibration is a traditional technology for bearing default detection in ship. Vibration analysis becomes a complicated technology since the structure of bearing is complex. The infrared thermal image method is applied to measure the bearing of the demonstration machine for the thermal analysis. The results of thermal analysis are compared to the results of vibration analysis. In this study, the results is found that the signals of both of vibration and temperature are increased obviously as the ball bearing was broken; on the case of oil loss of bearing, the increasing temperature is more serious than the value of vibration. |
