中文摘要 | 在知識經濟時代,組織所面臨的競爭環境複雜度增加,挑戰更為艱難,同時卻也充滿了機會。組織所處的環境對其經營方向和策略選擇具有十分重要的影響。目前,我國高等教育正處於環境劇烈變動的處境中,管理者必須講求策略性的規劃與作為,才能讓組織發揮並維繫既有的競爭能力(competitive capability)與競爭優勢(competitive advantages),進以邁向永續經營。本文就國內高等技職校院的發展現況、教育行銷的內涵、策略性規劃與程序以及相關行銷策略逐一闡述,期能提供高等技職校院參考企業行銷之經營模式與概念,採用其經營哲學之有效方法以提昇學校經營的效能,促使學校發展更上層樓。 |
英文摘要 | In knowledge-based economic era, the high competitive environment caused the change of higher education management. University managers have to apply strategic planning and deed to keep organizational competitive capability and advantages in current environment. This study discusses the current situations of higher institute of technology, the concept of educational marketing, strategic planning and procedures, and marketing strategies that relate to the higher vocational education in Taiwan. Hopefully, with contributing the models of marketing strategies within business to the university managers, the effective methods of business managerialism can help promote university managerial effect and development. |
