中文摘要 | 清代諸儒對《大學》、《中庸》之闡釋,雖較能跳脫朱、王門戶之見,但李光地可謂清初研究《大學》、《中庸》代表人物。他雖以朱學為宗,但在兩書義理思想闡釋上,卻有別於朱子的條理次序。如他欲主張恢復《大學古本》,其意在於讓陸王一派之學者不再以此非議程朱思想。以「誠意」為《大學》中心思想,提出「知本、誠身」重要之義理觀念;以「性」含心,重新編排《中庸》節次,詮釋《中庸》義理,藉著「經典意義還原」的新詮釋理論,調和朱、王義理思想之差異。而本文試以此兩書為依據,探討李光地對《學》、《庸》之義理及對朱、王思想上的融會情形。 |
英文摘要 | Though Confucian scholars in the Qing Dynasty were more independent from the thoughts of Zhu Xi and Wang Yangming when they explained Daxue and Zhongyong, Li Guangdi was still the representative in the early Qing Dynasty who studied the two books. He may be following the thoughts of Zhu Xi, but when he explained the two books, his thoughts were different from Zhu Xi's. For example, he favored Daxue Gu Ben. His purpose was to let scholars in the sect of Lu and Wang no longer criticized the thoughts of Cheng and Zhu. He proposed these key concepts, "to know the root", "to cultivate oneself" from the central thoughts in Daxue, which is "to show one's original virtue in heart through one's self-examination." He considered that "human nature" is a kind of benevolent nature bestowed by the heaven, and this benevolent nature can be used to expand and manifest the origin of mind. Therefore, he re-edited the section and order in Zhongyong to explain its thoughts, and applied a new concept of "giving back the original meaning of the book" to harmonize the difference of thoughts from Zhu and Wang. Based on the books of Daxue and Zhongyong, this paper tries to discuss how Li Guangdi explains the meanings and thoughts in the two books, and how he blends in the thoughts of Zhu and Wang. |
