中文摘要 | 與結本實驗以大氣感應熔煉法(AIM)及真空電弧熔煉法(VAR)配製組成 CoCrCuFeNi與Al0.5CoCrCuFeNi高熵金,研究Al添加或不同熔煉方法對合金中介在物形成的影響。結果顯示合金中介在物主要有富Cr-Cu硫化物、富Cr氧化物、富Al氧化物、或氮化鋁四種。Cr-Cu硫化物的形成,不受合金組成或熔煉方法影響,在各合金中均出現。富Cr或富Al或氧化物生成僅受合金組成影響,前者出現在CoCrCuFeNi合金中,組成接近富Al2O3或(Cr,Cu,Fe,Co,Ni)2O3,後者則出現在Al0.5CoCrCuFeNi合金中,組成接近Cr2O3或Al,Cr,Cu,Fe,Co,Ni2O3,表示合金中添加Al使介在物氧化鉻轉變成氧化鋁。氮化鋁受合金組成及熔煉方法兩者影響,只在以AIM法配置之Al0.5CoCrCuFeNi合金中被發現。 |
英文摘要 | Four high entropy alloys with constitutions of CoCrCuFeNi and Al0.5CoCrCuFeNi were synthesized using both air induction melting method (AIM) and vacuum arc remelting method (VAR) in order to study the influence of Al addition or different melting methods on inclusion formation in alloys. Experimental results show that Cr-Cu-rich sulfide, Cr-rich oxide, Al-rich and AlN are major four types of inclusion in alloys. Formation of the Cr-Cu rich sulfide is no relations to alloy constitution or melting method, because it appears in all alloys. Formation of the Cr-rich oxide or the Al-rich oxide is affected only by alloy constitution in that the former (near-stoichiometric Cr2O3 or (Cr, Cu, Fe, Co, Ni)2O3) appears in two CoCrCuFeNi alloys and the latter (near-stoichiometric Al2O3 or (Al, Cr, Cu, Fe, Co, Ni)2O3) appears in the other two Al0.5CoCrCuFeNi alloys. It means inclusion Cr2O3 will transform to Al2O3 with addition of Al in alloy. Formation of the AlN is affected by both alloy constitution and melting method in that it only appears in Al0.5CoCrCuFeNi alloy synthesized by AIM. |
