中文摘要 | 近年來,企業面臨全球化競爭的市場,加上成本考量、產業結構變化快速、市場環境不明確、新世代工作者價值觀的轉變等因素,衍生出許多問題,例如品質、成本、時間、彈性、技術、服務與創新等;使得企業試圖運用「委外」(Outsourcing)來進行問題改善。在企業人力資源方面,認為運用暫時性勞動力(Contingent Work Force)來取代以往傳統工作型態之勞工,將可以適當降低人事成本的開銷,因此近年來興起的人力派遣產業(Dispatching Industry)將成為企業人力資源管理運作委外的最佳選擇。 本文運用MANOVA與路徑分析的統計分析方法來探討各項構面之間的影響。研究結果發現,不同的企業特性,將影響企業策略的採用;執行不同的企業策略,對人力派遣需求的因素亦將隨之不同。另一方面,在不同人力派遣的需求因素之下,將影響企業在甄選派遣員工時的考量條件與各項人力資源管理活動的方式。上述各項構面的交互作用結果,皆對組織績效有明顯的影響。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, the enterprise been confront with the market of the globalization competition, and takes account of cost, rapid change of industrial structure, the market environment not explicitly, and new generation the change of worker's value etc., evolve into many problems, for example quality, cost, time, flexibility, technique, service and innovation etc., therefore enterprise attempt using outsourcing to improve problem. In enterprise's opinion, to use the Contingent Work Force have taken the place of the former traditional worker, will be able to reduce the personnel cost by adequacy, therefore the dispatching Industry is developed in recent years, will become the best choice of the outsourcing of enterprise human resource management operation. This article research the influence to the construct in the face of constructing the surface by MANOVA and Path analysis. From the research, we could conclude that different enterprise characteristic will influence the adoption of enterprise's strategy; and carry out different enterprise strategy, will influence the different worker dispatching demand. On the other hand, under the different worker dispatching demand will influence selection condition and human resources management activity way. Make a comprehensive survey of above various factors to influence with each other, will then have obvious influence on Organization Performance. |
