中文摘要 | 利用13.56MHz RF水汽電漿,實行廢棄塑膠分解,形成不同的新物質之實驗性的研究。以聚乙烯(PE)顆粒做為廢棄塑膠樣品,在實驗中用電器加熱器加熱至大概450℃左右,使PE氣化再合成新物質。利用單探針、分光光譜儀及氣相層析質譜儀,分別檢測電漿之特性及反應後的產物,以了解其反應機制。實驗結果顯示:(1)在水汽電漿中PE顆粒有效地分解後,形成不同種類的離子,如CH、CO、C₂等。(2)反應後產物用回收槽冷凝回收,得到的產物為丙酮、甲醇、乙醇等物質。 |
英文摘要 | Experimental studies on the decomposition of waste plastics to form various new materials using a 13.56 MHz RF H₂O plasma have been carried out. Polyethylene (PE) powders were used as a sample of plastics and were externally heated up to approximately 450°C for vaporizing and mixing into the discharge for decomposition. The election density and electron temperature were measured by the single probe methods. The radical species in plasma were measured by an optical spectroscope and the reaction products were analyzed using the gas-chromatograph with a mass-spectrometer. Experimental results show that: (1) PE powders were effectively decomposed in H₂O plasma to form various kinds of radicals such as CH, CO, and C₂. (2) Reaction products collected by a cold trap downstream of the gas flow were quite different to those obtained in the experiment using 2.45 GHz microwave discharge. |
