中文摘要 | 本文主要係使用射頻水氣電漿添加不同流量氬氣,進行聚乙烯 (PE) 之分解及再合成處理,並於反應器末端通入液態氮冷凝回收反應產物;實驗中藉由多頻光譜儀 (OES) 進行電漿特性分析,比較各參數下特性點(汽化時間、反應結束時間及分解時間)變化;並運用氣相層析質譜儀 (GC/MSD) 進行液相回收物定性及定量分析。 實驗結果發現:添加氬氣能使處理時間減少,但氬氣添加量再增加 (超過3 sccm) 將導致整體處理時間些微增加,並於反應中添加3 sccm氬氣可使丙酮生成量增加。 |
英文摘要 | This study discusses the effect of the PE decomposition and the by-products in RF vapor plasma. In this paper was studied the active species in decomposition process were analyzed by optical emission spectroscopy (OES) and the by-products of the decompositionwere analyzed by gas chromatography/mass selective detector (GC/MSD). The results show the carbon species such as CN, CH, CO & C2 were presented during decomposition process. According the OES spectrums, one can determine the starting and ending time of thedecomposition process. The addition of argon will shorten the decomposition time from 36 to 19 mins. The products of Acetone was quantitation by GC/MSD. The greatest production of acetone was found in the case at 3 sccm argon addition. The future experiments couldhelp researchers to find the optimal conditions to produce useful fuel-acetone by decomposition the waste plastic. |
