中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國小實習教師的實習需求為何?本研究採問卷調查法,以研究者所輔導之二十一名國小實習教師為研究對象,以研究者自行設計的兩題開放式的問卷為研究工具,資料的分析採質性研究中「開放編碼」(open coding)的方式,就每一研究對象的回答進行分析與歸類,以瞭解國小實習教師的實習需求情形為何? 研究結果發現,國小實習教師之實習需求共有四十三種需求項目,約可歸納為八大向度,分別為「教學實習」、「級務實習」、「輔導教師」、「實習學校」、「行政實習」、「師培單位」、「實習制度」以及「其他」等方面的需求。 根據研究發現,本研究進而對實習學校、師培單位以及相關機構提出具體建議,以有效提昇教育實習效能。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the needs of educational practice for the intern teachers at elementary schools. By the method of questionnaire investigation, this study was to get data from 21 intern teachers who were under the author's guidance. An open questionnaire was developed by the author and was used to collect the required data. The open coding approach was used and each intern teacher's answers were being analyzed and categorized in order to find out the needs of educational practice for those intern teachers. The results show that there are 43 types of educational practice needs for those intern teachers. Those needs can be further categorized into 8 dimensions. They are (1) teaching practice, (2) classroom practice, (3) mentor, (4) the teacher practice school, (5) administration practice, (6) teacher education organization, (7) educational practice system, and (8) others. Based on the above findings, a practical suggestion will be provided for (1) the teacher practice school, (2) teacher education organization, and (3) relative education administration. In advance, it is expected to improve the effectiveness of the education practice. |
