中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國小實習教師的實習需求及其需求滿足情形為何?本研究以調查法為研究方法,以研究者所服務學校之國民小學教育學程畢業生,經分發至國小實習之實習教師為研究對象,實習教師共219名,以自編之「國小實習教師實習需求與需求滿足之調查」問卷為研究工具,以平均數及標準差為主要的資料分析法,藉以瞭解國小實習教師的實習需求及其需求滿足情形。 研究結果發現,國小實習教師在各項實習需求上均呈現了相當程度的需求,其平均數介於3.72 到4.80之間;在各項實習需求滿足項目上亦呈現了相當程度的滿足情形,其需求滿足之平均數介於3.15 到4.28之間。此外,本研究亦分別針對「教學實習」、「級務實習」、「輔導教師」、「實習學校」、「行政實習」、「師培單位」以及「實習制度」等各方面的需求及滿足情形逐一描述與討論。 最後,根據研究發現,本研究進而對實習學校、師培單位以及相關機構提出具體建議,以有效提昇教育實習效能。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the educational practice needs and satisfactions of those needs for the intern teachers at elementary schools. By the method of questionnaire investigation, this study was to get data from 219 intern teachers who were graduated from Providence University. The “Questionnaire for Educational Practice Needs and the corresponding Satisfactions for Intern Teachers at Elementary School” was developed by the author and was used to collect the required data. The mean values and standard deviations of those data were used to analyze those data to find out the condition of the educational practice needs and their satisfactions for those intern teachers. From the results, the data for educational practice needs show significant levels and the mean values for those needs are between 3.72 and 4.80. The data for the satisfaction of educational practice needs also show significant levels and the mean values for those satisfactions are between 3.15 and 4.28. In addition, further discussions for the following categories, including (1) teaching practice, (2) classroom practice, (3) mentor, (4) the teacher practice school, (5) administration practice, (6) teacher education organization, (7) educational practice system, and (8) others, are also provided. Based on the above findings, a practical suggestion will be provided for (1) the teacher practice school, (2) teacher education organization, and (3) relative education administration. In advance, it is expected to improve the effectiveness of the educational practice. |
