中文摘要 | 本研究主要在探討工作特性、組織承諾及組織公民行為三者之間的影響性。本研究採取軍訓教官為研究對象,藉由資料收集與分析以瞭解何種工作特性最能激起工作者的工作動機,並提供管理者在工作設計時找出應增強的工作特性。本研究採集群抽樣法依所屬單位進行抽樣,針對服於各大專校隊及各高中職校(含借調行政單位人員)之軍訓教官為研究問內填答對象,共發出980份問卷,回收603份,剔除無麥問卷21份,有效問內582份。本研究之主要研究結果為:一、整體工作特性與整體組織承諾有顯著的影響;二、整體工作特性與整體組織公民行為有顯著的影響;三、整體組織承諾與整體組織公民行為有顯著的影響。基於以上研究結果可得知,受測者在工作時能受到較佳的獎賞或肯定對組織之認同程度就愈高,針對上述結果僅提出建議,供主管教育行政機關在執行或訂定軍訓教官師資法制化、人力資源運用及組織運作調整之政策參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study was designed to explore military training instructors on the job characteristics, organization commitment and organization citizenship behavior, and to explore relationships among. Through the period of this study to understand what kind of work most of the work to arouse workers motivated to provide managers in the workplace should be enhanced to identify the design of the work. This study issued total of 980 questionnaires were distributed, recycling 603 were removed invalid questionnaire 21, valid questionnaires 582 copies. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The overall job characteristics support had a positive impact on organization commitment; (2) The overall job characteristics were found to be critical for improving the overall organization citizenship behavior; and (3) The results confirmed the impact of overall organization commitment on overall organization citizenship behavior. Based on the above findings make recommendations for the implementation of the competent executive or military training instructors set teacher legalization operation of the adjustment policies reference. |
