中文摘要 | 綠著網際網路的普及,目前即時通(Instant Messenger)是最普及的溝通方式,全國技專院校已超過150所,其中以技術學院與科技大學增加速度最快,因此技專院校學生使用即時通的情況也不同忽視。但國內外技專院校學生的相關研究至今相當缺乏,所以本研究以Davis(1986)提出「科技接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)」為基礎,應用在技專院校學生即時通創新採用上。透過本研究整理即時通各項讀題與結果為1.即時通知覺好用性與知覺有用性兩者間有顯著正向相關;2.技專院校的學生流行焦慮愈低、知覺即時通愈有用、知覺使用即時通愈好用和技專院校的學生涉入愈高,即對其能度愈正向;3.發現技專院校學生的流行焦慮,採用意圖和使用者涉入與創新採用也有顯著的關係,此結果除了TAM原本的構面外,又成功建構流行焦慮、使用者涉入和創新採用的構面,並且以上所提的構面全部得到驗證而達到顯著的支持。最後,本研究提出建議與未來研究方向,期望研究結果能提供網路業者行銷策略的參考和學校教師與輔導教師瞭解學生面臨的網路資訊科技兒產生焦慮及使用態度與創新採用的影響因素,提早避免影響其身心健康及工作和學習上的表現。 |
英文摘要 | With the growing popularization of the internet, the Instant Messenger is the most popular communication. The institude colleges have already exceeded 150 at present, most of them are institute colleges and technical universities. So the students of the institude college suing SM can’t be ignored, but there is few the relevant research, so the research is based on ‘Technology Acceptance Model, TAM’ addressed by Davis (1986) appling in the innovation adoption of institude college. After sorting the topics, the result are 1. perceived useful and perceived ease to use are significant positive relation respectively; 2. The students have less fashion anxious, more perceived useful and ease to use, and more involvement, then the attitude is more positive. 3. The students’ fashion anxious, perceived useful and ease to use and involvement have positive relation with innovation adoption. The result has established the extended TAM model successfully. Finally, the implication of this study indicated that schools should understand the anxiety of students facing the internet information technology and the effective factors of attitude and innovation adoption. Avoid influencing their healthy physical, mental situation and work (behavior) ahead of time. |
