中文摘要 | 本研究目的是針對體適能_體重監控之一連串繁雜的計算過程及身體活動與飲食攝取的監控盲點,配合既有的預測公式,利用Microsoft Office Excel 2003函數,簡化體重監控的煩瑣演算過程,提供簡捷的身體活動量預測系統。本研究方法是利用Microsoft Office Excel 2003函數,將體適能體重監控所需之相關公式,結合監控的順序與所需的各項紀錄變數於系統中;配合函數的撰寫,與實務的操作,開發出隨時現況值預測的系統工具。系統完成後應用於127名受試者,進行體重監控,並以t考驗進行統計分析。本研究結果將具體編製過程進行呈現,共有六項步驟,21張工作表,但由於系統建立過程頗為繁複,本研究僅擷取其中的步驟2-1身體活動熱量消耗預測作為系統章節介紹。在系統完成後,給予學生進行操作得到體適能參數值包括:體重、體脂肪%、臀圍等達顯著性差異。在討論部份:本研究提供教師、健身教練、學生等在體適能教學與學習的簡便監控系統,免除演算預測的錯誤。目前在國內相關系統的研發付之闕如,即使有,所依據的參考值相當有限。準此,本研究乃開發此監控系統,相信能對體育課程及體適能推廣上,增加使用者學習與參與的樂趣。 |
英文摘要 | This research purpose was that direct against the body weight monitor of blind spot that a series of miscellaneous calculate process, health activity and caloric intake that the weight controls, cooperate with the prediction formula that has already had, utilized Microsoft Office Excel 2003 function, simplify the course of making mathematical calculations convolutedly that the weight controls, offer to a simple and direct the prediction system for body activity caloric consumption. This research method was to utilize Microsoft Office Excel of 2003 function made body fitness can weight control relevant formula needed, every record parameter needed to combine the order into the system, cooperating with the writing of function, the operation with the practice, offer the tool that present situation value predicts at any time. The system was applied to 127 experimenters after being finished, control the weight, and utilized t test for statistical analysis. The result of this study was to display essence compile process, there was six steps in all, 21 worksheets, because the system had comparatively miscellaneous in set up process, the research only picked 2-1 step: The health activity caloric consumption predict of step among as the systematic chapter introduction. After the system was finished, to operate which monitoring and predicting system to offer to students and obtain body fitness parameters, such as weight, body fat %, hip circumferences, etc. there were significant difference (p<.05). In conclusion, This research can offer teachers, fitness coach, students ,etc. in body fitness teaching have simple and convenient of monitoring and predicting system, avoid the mistake of calculations and predicting. There was few research and development of the relevant system in Taiwan at present, even have, the reference data value that can be accorded with was quite limited. This research was to develop this monitoring and predicting system, believe that can be right to physical education and body fitness course that can popularize, increase the enjoyment that the user studies and course participates in. |
