中文摘要 | 為瞭解台灣地區市售生菜沙拉與三明治受金黃色葡萄球菌、沙門氏桿菌與病原性大腸桿菌污染之情形,於民國94年6月至9月委請23個地方縣、市衛生局採樣,檢體包括生菜50件、沙拉醬50件及三明治130件,共計230件。依行政院衛生署公告方法進行金黃色葡萄球菌、沙門氏桿菌與病原性大腸桿菌之檢驗,結果於生菜中檢出1件(2.0%)污染病原性大腸桿菌,菌數為1.5×102 (MPN/g),血清型為O112ac;有2件(1.5%)三明治檢出金黃色葡萄球菌,菌數分別為1.4×103 (CFU/g) 及3.5×103 (CFU/g),腸毒素型均未檢出;至於沙拉醬則均呈陰性。 |
英文摘要 | In order to investigate the incidence of Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella spp. and enteropathogenic E. coli in fresh vegetable salads and sandwiches, a total of 230 samples (including lettuce, dressings and sandwiches) were collected in Taiwan by local county (civic) sanitary bureaus from June to September 2005. The samples were analyzed using the methods promulgated by the Department of Health, Executive Yuan, Taiwan R.O.C. The results showed that one (2.0%) of the 50 fresh lettuce was contaminated by enteropathogenic E. coli, serotyped as O112ac, at 1.5×102 MPN/g. Two (1.5%) of the 130 sandwich samples were contaminated by Staphylococcus aureus with bacterial counts of 1.4×103 CFU/g and 3.5×103 CFU/g, respectively. Types of staphylococcal enterotoxins were not detectable. |
