中文摘要 | 為了解台灣地區肉類及蛋類多氯聯苯的殘留量情形,93 年度至各縣市超市進行採樣,共計採得檢體100 件,包括肉類61 件及蛋類39 件。檢體經萃取抽取油脂後,以酸性矽膠管柱進行淨化,檢液以氣相層析串聯質譜儀進行分析檢測。本研究採用多重分析方法檢測27 種多氯聯苯同源物,方法之最低檢出限量為0.01 ng/g fat,平均回收率介於91∼111%。檢驗結果,肉類檢體中,豬肉檢出20 件,含量範圍介於0.37∼19.68 ng/g fat,牛肉檢出14 件,含量範圍介於0.82∼11.09 ng/g fat,羊肉檢出15 件,含量範圍介於0.25∼7.20 ng/g fat,蛋類檢體中,雞蛋檢出多氯聯苯同源物20 件,含量範圍介於0.01∼2.70 ng/g wet weight,皮蛋檢出15 件,含量範圍為0.05∼2.92 ng / g wet weight,檢驗結果均與衛生標準規定相符。 |
英文摘要 | In order to examine of PCB residues in meats and eggs in Taiwan, 100 samples including 61 meats and 39 eggs were sampled from retail outlets and analyzed by gas chromatography mass/mass (GC/MS/MS). Sample lipids were extracted by n-hexane and cleaned up by acid silica column. Twenty-seven polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) congeners were analyzed in this study. The recovery studies were carried out by spiking PCB congeners at the level of 40 ng/g fat. Average recoveries ranged between 91% and 111%. Applying this method to samples analysis, 20 pork samples were detected to contain PCB congeners ranged from 0.37-19.68 ng/g fat, 14 beef samples were detected to contain PCB congeners ranged from 0.82-11.09 ng/g fat, and 15 lamb samples were detected to contain PCB congeners ranged from 0.25-7.20 ng/g fat. Twenty hen egg samples were detected to contain PCB congeners ranged from 0.01-2.70 ng/g wet weight; whereas 15 duck egg samples of duck egg were detected to contain PCB congeners ranged from 0.05-2.92 ng/g wet weight. In this study, buta and pentachlorinated PCBs were the major congeners in Taiwan. All samples were found to comply with the regulatory limit for PCB. |
