中文摘要 | 下肢和足部的功能主要依靠足部的構造決定,在足部的構造中,內側縱向足弓的高度是決定下肢和足部功能最重要的因素,足弓指數是評估內側縱向足弓高度最受歡迎的方法。然而足弓高度和下肢運動傷害之間的關係,在不同種類的運動員身上是有爭議的,本研究的主要目的在探討不同類型的運動活動對足弓指數的影響。本研究共有17位(8位男性,9位女性)沒有足部和下肢手術及外傷病史的大專學生志願參加,每位受試者在三星期內,要分別接受三次不同種類的運動活動測試,每次測試活動的時間必須持續20分鐘,三種不同種類的運動活動包括:站立、騎自行車和跑步等。每位受試者測試活動的順序由隨機決定,每次測試前後用電容式板式足底壓力計測量雙腳的足弓指數。結果顯示:不同種類活動後的足弓指數,利用repeated measure ANOVA方法檢定有明顯差異,經統計事後比較發現:騎腳踏車後的右腳足弓指數比站立 (P=0.0002) 和跑步 (P<0.0001) 活動後的右腳足弓指數明顯較小;騎自行車後的左腳足弓指數也比站立 (P<0.0001) 和跑步 (P<0.0001) 活動後左腳足弓指數明顯較小,但是,不同種類的運動活動後的左腳和右腳足弓指數並沒有統計上的差異。由於不同種類的運動活動後,會對足弓指數有不同的影響,因此,若要研究足部構造和運動傷害之間的關係,可能要採用特定運動活動後的足弓指數為參考指標較為適當。 |
英文摘要 | The functions of the foot and leg depend on several structural characteristics of the foot, of which the height of the medial longitudinal arch is the most important. This height is most commonly measured by using the arch index. However, the relation between arch height and leg injury in athletes is unclear. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of various sport-related activities on the foot arch index. Seventeen college students (nine women and eight men) with no history of leg surgery or trauma were recruited for this study. Each subject participated in three 20-minute sessions over a period of several weeks involving a different sports activity for each session. The activities included standing, stationary biking, and running on a treadmill. The order of activities for each subject was randomly assigned. The arch indices of both feet were measured before and after each subject performed the activity by using a capacitance-based pressure platform (Tekscan(superscript ®) HR-mat). The minimum interval between each session was 5 days. Three activities had significantly different effect on the right as well as left foot arch indices (by repeated measure ANOVA), but there was no significant difference between the post-activity mean arch indices of the right and left feet. The mean foot arch indices after biking were significantly lower in both feet than those measured after either standing or running. Different sport-related activities thus may have different effects on the foot arch indices. In order to investigate possible associations between foot arch height and sports-related lower extremity injury, sport-specific arch indices should be used as reference values. |
