中文摘要 | 適當運用團體化、多元化及活動化的機制,提高青少年朋友參與的興趣,使青少年在身心急遽成長的關鍵階段,學習有效的技能及團體生活技巧,將是一項重要且不可或缺的課題。而藉由服務學習方案的實施,推動公民參與與運用志願服務活動來改進學生學習,更可增進學校教育功能。 本研究具有四項特點,分別表現在評估準則之選取、AHP權重計算的應用、客觀性的提升、公正性與易讀性的提升等方面。此乃有鑑於國內對於服務學習方案績效評估的相關研究較少,本研究除了進行的各項文獻探討與專家訪談以建構四大評估構面與22項評估準則外,亦融入模糊理論之口語值評估法,藉此方法降低評估時各項主觀評估準則所帶來的偏差,而使評估能夠更具客觀性與公平性。因此,本研究完整的績效評估模式將協助服務學習方案管理者了解方案之實施績效,並可藉由方案績效評估,分析實施時的優、缺點,以為往後方案實施或決策時的參考依據。 |
英文摘要 | To apply the system of community, diversification and activities appropriately for enhancing the interest of teenagers to participate in the community and to learn the ability or skill for group life is an important issue in recent years. To use the way of service learning to advance students the concept of citizen participation and voluntary service will further the education functions. This research has some characteristics, such as the choosing of evaluation criteria, the weight calculated by AHP, objective, fair and easy reading. Cause of the performance evaluation model for service learning is few, this article try to make an integrated model for performance evaluation. It not only to build up the 22 evaluating criteria, but also using the method of linguistic value based on fuzzy theory to reduce the subjective deviation and make evaluation more objective and fair. Therefore, this research can provide decision makers to understand the performance of each alternative and analyze the strong criteria and weak criteria clearly for program executing. |
