中文摘要 | 本文探討薄盤型壓電變壓器輸出、入側電極尺寸對電壓增益特性之影響,其重要特性包括電壓增益、驅動頻率與負載電阻之關係、最大電壓增益及其對應驅動頻率。首先,利用壓電蜂鳴片搭配間隙圓溝槽加工方式製作出薄盤型壓電變壓器,其中壓電蜂鳴片係由壓電陶瓷圓盤、鎳鉻合金圓盤及銀電極所組成,且將間隙圓溝槽施作於銀電極表面上。其次,探討壓電變壓器之工作原理、振動模態與感應電荷,以及利用碳粉顯影技術直接觀測振動模態之圖案變化。接著,利用壓電變壓器之等效電路模型推導出電壓增益公式。最後,建置一套驅動與量測系統以獲取電源側與負載側之電壓波形及其相關數據,且根據實驗結果說明電極尺寸、驅動頻率及負載電阻對電壓增益特性之影響,以及說明如何製作出高增益薄盤型壓電變壓器。 |
英文摘要 | This paper investigates effects of electrode dimension on voltage gain characteristics, including relationships among voltages gains, driving frequencies and load resistances, maximum voltage gains and their related frequencies, at both input and output sides of thin disc piezoelectric transformers (PTs) at different diameters of gap circle. To do so, a thin disc PT is first based on a piezoelectric buzzer, including a piezoceramic disk, a nickel-alloy disk and a silver electrode, using a gap circle on the silver electrode. The gap circle is employed to form an input electrode and an output electrode of the PT. The nickel-alloy disk is used as a common electrode of the PT. Then, operating principles, vibration modes and electric charges for the PT are expressed. The vibration odes are also observed by carbon-powder imaging technique. Moreover, a theoretical voltage gain is derived from an equivalent circuit mode of the PT. Finally, a driving and measuring system is constructed to record waveforms of input and output voltages and their related experimental data, which are capable of elucidating effects of electrodes' dimensions, driving frequencies and load resistances on voltage gain characteristics as well as how a high-gain thin disc PT is built. |
