中文摘要 | 本文在設計一種電聲換能器,供水下無人載具(Unmanned Underwater Vehicles, UUVs)於航行時作避障之用。文中除探討電聲換能器的設計原理與製作、測試技術,軸向極化之圓柱形壓電陶瓷之振動方程式與共振頻率方程式外,並利用機電相似性的原理,推導其等效電路,透過PSPCIE軟體模擬,求得換能器的頻率響應。最後,按所設計之參數,實際製作一組換能器列陣,並進行各項測試,測試所得之結果與理論之推導和模擬均非常相近。本電聲換能器,在工作頻率為105 kHz時,其發射響應為156 dB reμPa/V,接收靈敏度在1∼60 kHz時,約為-206 dB ± 1dB reV/μ Pa@1m,與計算值之誤差在1.0%以內,在105kHz時,接收靈敏度則為-192 dB reV/μ Pa@1m。整個換能器之列陣增益為16.2dB。換能器之電聲轉換效率為69%,其水平方向之波束寬為8°,解析度在5m附近時為0.75m,符合UUV之設計需求。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, an ultrasonic obstacles-avoided sonar transducer for unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs) is developed. The fundamental principles for designing such a transducer are studied and the techniques of fabrication and measurement of a transducer are also investigated. The longitudinally polarized piezoelectric ceramic cylinder is chosen for this ultrasonic transducer. It's vibration equation and resonance frequency equation are derived. Based on the electromechanical analogy theory, the equivalent circuit of the transducer is also developed. The frequency responses of the transducer array are obtained by simulation via PSPICE. A set of transducer array is fabricated to carry out the prototype test. Preliminary experiments show that the source level of the transducer array is 156 dB re μPa/V at 105 kHz, it's receiving sensitivity is about -206 dB ± 1 dB re V/μ Pa@1m in 1∼60 kHz, and -192 dB re V/μ Pa@1m at 105 kHz. The array again of the transducer is 16.2dB, with a horizontal beam width 8 °,and the resolution 0.75m at 5m. These data verify that this transducer is matched with the UUVs' requirement. |
