中文摘要 | 篩選百合苗枯病菌(Fusarium proliferatum)的防治藥劑,發現撲克拉乳劑400ug/ml,撲克拉乳劑400 ug/ml混合免賴得可濕性粉劑500 ug/ml及撲克拉錳可濕性粉劑250 ug/ml 等殺菌劑具有防治百合苗枯病與種球腐敗的優良效果。從栽培介質、健康百合植株、苜蓿與蘿蔔種子分離F.proliferatum的拮抗微生物,發現無病原性F.oxysporum(FO-401與FO-403菌株),Streptomyces spp.(PMS-1O1-104及106菌株),S. griseoviridis (PMS-109菌株取自Mycostop�飽^,Bacillus spp.(PMB-101-102及103菌株,B.thermoglucosidasius(PMB-106菌株)及fluorescent pseudomonads(PMP-001、002、003 及004菌株)等在溫室與網室內均具有防治百合苗枯病的功效。在溫室進行綜合防治試驗,發現百合小種球處理撲克拉錳1OOug/ml與耐撲克拉錳之拮抗菌PMS-1O1或PMB-106菌株可以有效保護20-50%的百合幼苗免於F. proliferatum的為害。田間試驗進一步發現B. thermoglucosidasius PMB-106菌株配合撲克拉錳400ug/ml除可有效降低20%百合苗枯病的發生率,又可增進百合幼苗的生育。 |
英文摘要 | Six fungicides were evaluated for their effect on control of lily seedling blight caused by Fusarium proliferatum. Among those, prochloraz at 400 ug/ml, prochloraz manganese at 250 ug/ml, and prochloraz at 400 ug/ml mixed with benomyl at 500 ug/ml were the most effective to reduce the disease severity of lily seedling blight by 58-92% and bulblet rot by 81-88% as compared with none treatment as a control in greenhouse tests. The same effectiveness of prochloraz and prochloraz manganese on the disease control was also observed in the field tests at Taiwan Seed Improvement and Propagation Station in Central Taiwan. Antagonists of F. proliferatum were isolated from culture media, healthy lily seedlings and seeds of alfafa and radish. Nonpathogenic F. oxysporum isolates FO-401 & FO-403, Streptomyces spp. isolates PMS-1O1, 104 & 106, S. griseoviridis isolates PMS-109 (Commercial name: Mycostop��), Bacillus spp. isolates PMB-1O1, 102 & 103, B. thermoglucosidasius isolate PMB-106 and fluorescent pseudomonads isolates PMP-001, 002 & 004 were able to significantly reduce lily seedling blight caused by the pathogen in the greenhouse. Bulblets of lily were pre-treated with prochloraz manganese and a prochloraz manganese tolerant antagonist PMS-1O1 or PMB-106 and planted in the culture medium infested with F. proliferatum in the greenhouse. After seven weeks, the combination method was able to protect 20-50% of lily seedlings from infection by F. proliferatum. A field test indicated that bulblets treated with prochloraz manganese at 400 jig/mi and planted in the infested medium pre-inoculated with B. thermoglucosidasius PMB-106 showed 20% reduction of lily seedling blight and promoted growth of the seedlings. |
