中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在分離篩選具有拮抗性之木黴菌株,以應用於植物病害之生物防 治。自本省百合主要栽培產區之土壞及百合植株上分離得到共18株Trichoderma分離株。 經以玻璃紙抗生法測定其對百合灰黴病菌之拮抗能力,結果顯示FT-002,FT-005及FT-010 等三個分離株具有較強之拮抗能力,其對百合灰黴病菌生長的抑制作用分別可達88.3%- 100%。於黑暗中28-32℃為供試的三個菌株之生長最適溫度,而光照的存在與否,對菌絲生 長並無明顯差異。水份潛勢亦為影響這些Trichoderma菌株生長的重要決定因子,在-4.6- 18.1bars時菌絲生長情形最為良好。供試之三個菌株對於benomy1藥劑均相當敏感,添加濃 度達5-10ppm即會有明顯的抑制菌絲生長的作用。 |
英文摘要 | The application of Trichoderma app. Has received great attention because of its potential as a biological agent of various phytopathogenic fungi. Eighteen isolates of Trichoderma spp. Obtained from lily field in Taiwan were individually assayed against Botrytis elliptica by in vitro antibiosis assay. Among them, three isolates (FT-002, FT-005, FT-010) were shown to be strongly antagonistic to the growth of Botrytis elliptica. For mycelial growth of these three antagonistic fungi, the optimum temperature was ranged from 28 to 32 C, and the optimum water potential was around –10 bars. On PDA medium, a continuous darkness was a better condition for mycelial growth as compared to that in a diurnally or continuously illuminated condition. All tested Trichoderma isolates were quite sensitive to benomyl. Mycelial growth of these isolates was totally inhibited when 5 ppm of benomyl was amended in the medium. |
