中文摘要 | 探討益達胺 (imidacloprid) 9.6 %溶液於二種不同施藥方法下,對簡易網室內番茄苗上發生普遍的銀葉粉蝨 (Bemisia argentifolii Bellows and Perring) 之防治效果。番茄苗以益達胺溶液於0.16、0.32及0.96 mg ai行植株噴佈或採裸根吸收0.16、0.32、0.96、1.92及3.84 mg ai等劑量藥液處理後,置於網籠內,再釋放銀葉粉蝨成蟲,於處理後1、7、14及21天調查銀葉粉蝨成蟲停留率及產卵數作為藥效評估之指標。結果顯示,就成蟲停留率而言,對照組之成蟲停留率顯著高於處理組,植株噴佈處理及裸根吸收處理兩者,當施用藥劑劑量越高時,其效果越佳;於處理24小時後,植株噴佈0.96 mg ai劑量及裸根吸收3.84 mg ai為處理間最低。於7天後裸根吸收者劑量1.92 和3.84 mg ai處理組成蟲停留率是處理間最低。但第14-21天裸根吸收者劑量0.96、1.92和3.84 mg ai處理組成蟲停留率是處理間最低。益達胺溶液處理對產卵數影響之結果,對照組之產卵數顯著高於八種藥劑處理之產卵數,第1-7天植株噴佈及裸根吸收兩種處理之間產卵數並無顯著差異。植株噴佈處理只有於第21天才顯出各濃度間有差異,24小時至14天皆無顯著差異。若就處理方式而言,以裸根吸收藥液後第14及21日其產卵數均較植株噴佈處理者低,除0.16 mg ai組。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of imidacloprid 9.6% S (solution) under two different application methods and various dosages on the silverleaf whitefly, Bemesia argentifolii on tomato. The application methods of imidacloprid consisted of spraying tomato plants at the rates of 0.96 , 0.32 , and 0.16 mg ai or soaking bare tomato roots at the rate of 0.16, 0.32, 0.96, 1.92 and 3.84 mg ai. Treated plants were placed in a screen cage, and B. argentifolli adults were released on day 1, 7, 14 and 21. The numbers of adult staying and eggs laid were counted. Results showed that the adult staying of the check was significantly higher than all the treatments. The percent adult staying rate increased as the dosage of imidacloprid solution increased. Twenty-four hours after application, the adult staying rates of plant spraying (0.96 mg ai) and bare root soaking (3.84 mg ai) were the lowest among the treatments. Seven days after application, adult staying rates of bare root soaking (1.92 and 3.84 mg ai) were the lowest. Fourteen to 21 days after application, adult staying rates of bare root soaking (0.96-3.84 mg ai) were the lowest. Result of the study of the impact of various treatments on the oviposition, showed that significantly higher egg numbers were laid on the control and that there was no significant difference among the treatments. There was no significant difference between plant spraying and bare root soaking during day 1-7. For the plant spraying, there were no differences among three dosages tested until day 21 when slight differences were noticed. On day 14-21, the number of eggs laid on plants treated with bare root soaking was lower than that with plant spraying with the exception of 0.16 mg ai treatment. |
