中文摘要 | 為了解台灣地區乳製品及嬰幼兒食品中α-BHC 等14 種有機氯劑殘留量情形,92 年度由本局工作人員至台北市超市或量販店進行採樣,共計採得檢體100 件,包括乳製品74 件及嬰幼兒食品26 件。檢體以乙醚萃取脂肪,再以乙及二氯甲烷為溶媒並以冷凍離心法從脂肪中萃取有機氯劑,復以C18 固相萃取匣和矽酸鎂固相萃取匣進行淨化,最後利用氣相層析儀附電子捕獲檢出器(gas chromatograph equipped with electron capture detector, GC/ECD)進行分析檢測。以奶油脂肪進行添加回收,α-BHC、β-BHC、lindane、aldrin、endrin、heptachlor、heptachlor-epoxide、α-chlordane、β-chlordane、4,4'-DDT、4,4'-DDE、dieldrin 及mirex 之添加濃度為0.01~0.04 ppm (脂肪基準),回收率為73.0%~114.9%。Toxaphene 之添加濃度為0.4~0.8 ppm(脂肪基準),回收率為100.2~100.8%。Alpha-BHC、β-BHC、lindane、aldrin、endrin、heptachlor、heptachlor-epoxide、α-chlordaneβ-chlordane、4,4'-DDT、4,4'-DDE 及dieldrin 之最低檢出限量皆為0.006 ppm (脂肪基準),toxaphene 及mirex 之最低檢出限量分別為0.080 ppm (脂肪基準)及0.008 ppm (脂肪基準)。利用本方法分析的100件檢體,檢出有機氯劑者再以氣相層析串連式質譜分析儀(gas chromatograph-tandem mass spectrometer, GC/MS/MS)確認,結果乳製品中10 件檢出4,4'-DDE,含量範圍0.026~0.100 ppm (脂肪基準),嬰幼兒食品則皆未檢出。檢驗結果均與衛生標準規定相符。 |
英文摘要 | A survey of organochlorine pesticide residues in dairy products, infant and toddler foods was reported in Taiwan in 2003. One hundred samples, including 74 dairy products and 26 infant and toddler foods, were sampled from retail outlets and analyzed by GC/ECD and confirmed by GC/MS/MS. The fat of samples were extracted by diethyl ether. Organochlorine pesticides were extracted from fat by cryogenic extraction and cleaned up with C18 cartridge and florisil cartridge. Recovery studies were performed at three spike levels ranging from 0.01~0.04 ppm (fat basis). Average recoveries were 73.0~114.9% for (-BHC, (-BHC, aldrin, (-chlordane, 4,4'-DDE, 4,4'-DDT, lindane, heptachlor, heptachlor-epoxide, (-chlordane, dieldrin, endrin and mirex. The recoveries of toxaphene, spike levels ranging from 0.4~0.8 ppm (fat basis), were at 100.2~100.8%. The detection limit in butter fat was 0.006 ppm (fat basis) for (-BHC, (-BHC, aldrin, (-chlordane, 4,4'-DDE, 4,4'-DDT, lindane, heptachlor, heptachlor-epoxide, (-chlordane, dieldrin, endrin. As for toxaphene andmirex, the detection limits were 0.08 ppm (fat basis) and 0.008 ppm (fat basis) respectively. When the method was applied to detect organochlorine pesticides in the dairy products, infant and toddler foods samples, 10 dairy products were found containing 4,4'-DDE ranging from 0.026 to 0.100 ppm (fat basis), and no organochlorine pesticide residues were detected in infant and toddler foods. |
