中文摘要 | 本研究目的在了解不同社會人口學變項的大專生之靈性健康。本研究以台灣北部某專科學校日間部全體學生為母群體,以分層叢集抽樣法以得到研究樣本,採自填式問卷收集資料並得到有效樣本數373人,其重要發現如下:(1)研究對象的靈性健康為中度一般的靈性健康,研究對象雖認同人際關係的重要性,但對社區、其他生物體和自然環境的一體感則相對較低。其次,對於能否超越時空環境的限制以達自我實現,則顯示對本身能力的信心不足。(2)與靈性健康具顯著相關性的社會人口學變項為性別、經期困擾、運動習慣、就讀學群和人際關係。對家庭和學校提出以下建議:(1)注意學生的性別差異造成的身心不適,積極培養運動習慣,並注意親子手足和師生同儕的溝通互動與親密度。(2)鼓勵學子關懷自然生態環境與社會時事,鼓勵社區參與,培養自我實現的自信心。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the work was to study the relationships between spiritual health and socio-demographic characteristics of the college students in the Day Division of China College of Marine Technology and Commerce. Using stratified cluster sampling method with a self-administrated questionnaire, 373 valid samples were collected. The findings demonstrated that: (1) The subject had moderate spiritual health and realized the importance of reconciling relationships. However, the students didn't feel highly unifying interconnectedness to community, other organisms and the environment. They didn't have enough self-confidence to overcome all the limits to achive self-actualization. (2) Socio-demographic variables, including gender, menstrual disturbance, exercise status, majors of study and relationships with others, were significantly correlated with spiritual health. Suggestions to family and school: (1) Physical or psychological discomfort owing to gender difference had to beware. Exercise habits had to be made and close intercommunications between family members, between classmates and between instructors and students had to be improved. (2) Taking care the natural and social issues, involving community affairs, building confidence of self-actualization was necessary to be encouraged. |
