中文摘要 | 當代教育組織、課程、管理,基本上是一種規範化的控制機制,其主要思考模式就是「學生應該是什麼樣子」,此種教育觀點與設計,使教育淪為單向的封閉過程;當代教育假設人的理想狀況成有一致性,是嚴重忽略了學生個人本質的豐富多樣,其實,學生自身有其自主性及能動性,因此,當代教育忽略了學生的主體性及相關權益,其恰當性是堪值懷疑的。 受到國際提倡教育人權的影響,民國八十八年,我國教育基本法宣示「學生的學習權與受教權,國家應予保障」,暸諸事實,許多學生的學習權、受教權及基本人權的確受到侵害與剝奪。但近年已遷,學生人權之訴求已甚囂塵土,動輒以才員及學生權益為要挾或訴求,令教育人員充滿無力感,如何圓融顧及師、生雙方之權益及責任、義務,實有深入探索之必要。 本文無意陷入數字典量化之迷思,擬經由質的探究,以教育哲學的角度與面向來反省、詮釋、批判學生權存在、運作之思維與模式。本文之探詢在相關文獻之蒐集、分析外,也採用補充的技術問卷及標準化開放式訪談,做為輔助性之探索,依循的理路除了教育哲學的觀點,也密切掌握教改理念,探索的主料涉及教育價值,因此要運用哲學的思辨、分析與批判,俾發現問題及提出為議。希冀藉由此行動研究引發技專教育人員對有關學生人權之種種從事反思、對話與行動。 |
英文摘要 | Contemporary educational organization, courses, and management are basically a standardized controlling organism. The thinking mode of the controlling organism can be induced as “what students would be. “This kind of educational viewpoint and designing make education a one-way close circuit. The presumption of contemporary education is that everyone’s ideal condition is unanimous, which seriously ignores every individual student’s abundant diversity-autonomy and energy. As a result, contemporary education, whose legitimacy is questionable, disregards students’ autonomy and their rights. Infiuenced by international promotion of educational human rights, in 1999, the Fundamental Education Act of Taiwan declares that “Students’ learning right and right to instruction should be ensured by the government.” As a matter of fact, many students’ learning right, right to instruction, and basic human rights were violated and deprived, but in the recent years these rights are returned to students. In this way, students’ request for various rights are widely reported and speculated. They take the loss of their rights as a menace, which disappoints teachers a great deal. Therefore, it is essential to explore and solve this problem that how to make a balance of interest between teachers and students. This essay intends to examine, interpret, and criticize the education crew in colleges of technology’s thinking and attitudes toward students’ rights by means of qualitative research and from the perspective of philosophy of education. Besides the collection and analysis of some related documents, another measures─questionnaire and standardized openended interview are also applied as auxiliary tools. In addition to the frame of reference of educational philosophy, the concepts of educational reformation are deeply considered as well. Because the concern is related to the value of education, this project will use philosophical argumentation, resolution, and commentation to explore questions and make suggestions. There searcher expects that this active research would trigger more dialogues, action, and refiexivity on the issue of students' human rights among the education crew in colleges of technology. |
