中文摘要 | 本研究目的旨在深入瞭解美國國家戶外領導學校(National Outdoor Leadership School, NOLS)訓練系統之課程評鑑機制,並以賦權增能評鑑理論為基礎加以探究,期結果可協助相關領域深入瞭解NOLS課程評鑑程序及要素。研究方法係以個案研究、訪談法及內容分析法進行資料蒐集及分析,採自編「NOLS指導員/戶外教育者課程評鑑與回饋實施問卷」於美國和台灣各訪談五位受訪者,共十位。本研究結果為:一、NOLS透過期中、期末定期及課堂上之不定期等方式,進行評鑑。二、NOLS課程評鑑與回饋系統符合賦權增能評鑑理論十大準則:激勵成長、實際參與、全員參與、民主化、社會公義、社群本位、實證導向、提昇能力、共同成長、著重績效之精神。 |
英文摘要 | This study based on the Empowerment Evaluation theory to analyze the evaluation and feedback system in National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) in the United States. Through this research, a fully profile in Evaluation and Feedback System conducted by NOLS training courses were clarified. This research method included cases study, interviews, and content analysis. 10 interviewees from both Taiwan and the States were queried by a self-edited questionnaire. The results indicated: (1) NOLS evaluated the students regularly and irregularly in middle and final term. (2) Ten criteria in Empowerment Evaluation theory were matched with the evaluation and feedback system in NOLS curriculum, which are: Improvement, Community Ownership, Inclusion, Democratic Participation, Social Justice, Community Knowledge, Evidence-based Strategies, Capacity-Building, Organizational Learning, and Accountability. |
