中文摘要 | 影像處理檢測技術已經相當廣泛的應用在許多專業領域上,例如:醫學影像檢測、生物檢測、自動控制檢測、交通工程等等。在交通工程上,已被使用於自動車牌辨識、意外事故偵測及鋪面破壞辨識系統。 以往國內鋪面養護相關單位對於鋪面損壞調查(裂縫、坑洞)的工作,主要仰賴人工進行調查,由於以人工方式進行鋪面破壞調查易產生耗費人力、時間及人員安全性的問題,且人工方式調查所取得樣本數量較少,對於鋪面破壞評估調查正確性相對的較低。 因此,本研究除了探討鋪面檢測車之檢測與影像處理原理與設備外,針對鋪面損壞嚴重程度與鋪面損壞種類做更進一步的實驗與驗證,以探討鋪面檢測系統的穩定性與可行性,達到規範所要求的檢測精確度。影像處理方面使用熵(Entropy)辨識鋪面破壞影像,配合以LabVIEW程式語言開發程式及操作介面,並將整個影像處理過程分為五個部份來加以辨識、分析,再得到相關鋪面破壞資訊後,本研究亦加入鋪面狀況指標(Pavement Condition Index,PCI)評比道路品質,讓檢測人員可從PCI值判斷此一檢測路段鋪面品質。最後再將鋪面破壞資訊以資料型態儲存下來,並提供一個合理、客觀數據作為日後檢測人員分析、比對之參考。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, the image processing measuring technology has been used extensively in many disciplines. For example, the technology is being applied to medical, biological, automated control, and transport engineering measurements. Transport engineering ahs used this technology for automatic recognition of license plates, accident detection, and automatic pavement damage recognition systems. Local government units involved in pavement maintenance rely mainly on manual methods is manpower intensive, time consuming, and dangerous to the workers. Moreover, only a small area can be sampled, resulting in relatively low evaluation accuracy of pavement damage. This study therefore, aside from studying the testing properties of a pavement test vehicle and the principles and equipment needed for image processing, further experimentation and verification are done on the degree and the type of pavement damage. In so doing, the stability and feasibility of the pavement test system can be conducted to meet the set accuracy. Pavement damage image processing done overseas has mainly focused on recognition of fissures and has concentrated on lengthwise/crosswise fissures, cracks, and block fissures. Aside from these, this study further makes use of a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) to mainly evaluate road quality and the effect of daytime filming conditions on pavement image. |
