中文摘要 | 從事本科技研發計劃,肇因於92年我國國家型奈米計劃推動時,將本院、中央研究院、國科會(含大學與相關研究中心等)、經濟部法人研究單位(工研院、紡織中心等)研發技術能量進行整合與去蕪存菁後,規劃未來國家15年內奈米科技研發重要目標。本院則結合所內現有研究設備與科技人員,進行奈米光電元件等七大相關應用領域開發,固態元件組遂與五所材料測試組及四所物理化學組建立奈米光電元件與奈米檢測前瞻技術研發。由於本所在軍用中波段紅外線感測元件與模組開發已有近20年的經驗,加上美國空軍AFOSR與DARPA相關科技決策官員,在2004年夏威夷舉行臺美奈米科技會議上宣示最重要十項技術指標[1],均將量子型偵檢模組規劃列為2010年前,美方實彈尋標驗證重要前瞻技術發展進程要項;經由五所與系發中心軍通產合計畫室商討後,決議將發展紅外線量子點偵檢元件列為本計劃的研發主題,而最終計劃目標是要研製寬波段中、長波長量子點紅外線偵檢熱影像器模組。 本文主要介紹國內外量子點紅外線偵檢器發展與本感測元件關鍵性參數設計最佳化、理論探討及實驗光電特性驗證等重要研發成果。 |
英文摘要 | The CSIST nanotechnology subprogram is based on the national nanotechnology program which combines Chung-Shan Institute of Science, Technology, Academia Sinica, National Science council, Industrial Technology Research Institute and so on for the important approaches of Taiwan' nanotechnology in the following 15 years. The CSIST integrates the overall research facilities and resources to perform the main seven kinds of nanotechnology developments which the System Development Center ad relative divisions on CSIST decide to propose. Based on the approaches of CSISTs nanotechnology, Electro-Optics Research Division has cooperated with Chemical System Research Division to study and develop the quantum dot opto-device since the year of 2002. The Solid-State Device Section possesses the plentiful abilities for developing infrared photodector and relevant IR module and subsystem for 20 years, and Physical Chemistry Section has the many experiences on testing the surface morphology of non-organic material. Furthermore, the AFOSR inn US has announced the quantum-based photodetector is one of the most 10 technology indexes according to advanced defense research roadmap in 2004, Hawaii. Thus, the CSIST decides to develop the broadband IR including mid- and long-wave-length IR imaging module based on QDIP Focal Array (FPA). This article mainly propose to introduce international development on QDIP photodectors, to investigate the critical parameters for optimizing the QDIP device performance, to get theoretical approaches and opto-electrical characteristics on the present CSIST. |
