中文摘要 | 於毛細管電泳中進行線上預濃縮與分離,為偵測微量蛋白質之可行方法。在本回顧文章中,我們首先概括性地介紹毛細管電泳結合各種偵測器於蛋白質偵測上,並比較其優缺點與偵測極限。另外,亦討論數種增加濃度靈敏度之毛細管線上濃縮方法,包含電動力及層析法預濃縮法。我們深信若能有效搭配濃縮方法與高靈敏之偵測技術,對於蛋白質體學發展上將具極大的潛力。 |
英文摘要 | Preconcentration methods can be used to improve the detection sensitivity of proteins. In this review, we compared different detection techniques and discussed their limits of detection, advantages, and disadvantages. Additionally, we described the works which were performed for proteins analysis via preconcentration methods, including electrokinetic and chromatography preconcentration. We strongly believe that the combination of highly sensitive detection technique and preconcentration method has great potential for use in diagnostic and proteomics applications. |
