中文摘要 | 我國中小企業的特色是廠商規模小、具彈性、又多為家族企業及出口導向之特性,家數約107萬家,佔全國企業總家數98%以上。中小企業是台灣數十年來經濟發展的原動力之一,也是整體企業結構的主體,隨著企業的發展,創造大量的就業機會而使社會生活安定富裕,近年來,全球化的趨勢使得中小企業面臨危機,對中小企業的競爭優勢有著關鍵性的影響。而本研究在找尋如何能助於中小企業發展和競爭優勢,可提升中小企業的競爭力,在競爭越來越激烈的環境中,中小企業發展便是重點,企業組織型態的改革,提升中小企業的專業性成長,亦即是中小企業的組織經學更有效率,使中小企業能更其競爭優勢。經本研究分析結果,中小企業在經濟不景氣及外在競爭者之威脅下,其策略應以長久經營為主,其主要目的是希望在未來景氣好轉時,能再度為其產業生命開拓無限可能的商機。 |
英文摘要 | The characteristics of small-mid size industry are small, flexibility, family owned, and export oriented. The number of these companies is 1 million which occupied 98% of the companies in Taiwan. The small-mid size industry is one of the driving forces of economic development. They are also the main components of the industry structure that creates a lot of job opportunities. Recently, globalization affects its competition. severely. This research focused on how to increase the competition of the small-mid size industry. On the severe survival environment, the development of small-mid size industry becomes very important: This research shows that under decompression and external competition, their strategy should focus on long term management so that when the economic environment turns better they can explore more opportunities. |
