中文摘要 | 在全民健保實施後,醫療診所成立速度逐日遽增,整體醫療服務量與醫療支出成本的高漲。為了因應銷費者意識抬頭,醫療診所 不單只是注重銷費者的醫療效果。銷費者的醫療感覺對於提昇醫療診所競爭优勢,就顯得格外重要。因此,如何運用現有的資源 作最好的分配管理,並有效提昇醫療服務品質、推動醫療行銷,為目前各醫療機構積極努力之目標。本研究以質性研究的實地觀查法為主軸,輔以文獻整理,作為醫療產業醫療品質影響因素之假設模式。透過實證研究加以檢驗,本研究共產生六個主要影響醫療品質因素。其研究結果顯示醫療產業醫療品質影響因素模式中,在驗證後皆達到顯著水準以上。本研究共有六個基本模式,整體18個迴歸式皆為符合其假設條件。表示本研究所建構之醫療產業醫療品質六大因素對醫療產業醫療品質能給予不錯的解釋,使模式能有效預測並解釋銷費者對於醫療品質之使用行為。經過模式的修正可作為後續研究者之參考,並期望藉以瞭解影響醫療產業醫療品質之主要因素,以供政府主管機關或醫療機構,未來在改善與推動醫療品質之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Since the government brought the National Health Insurance program in practice, the number of health care institutes was increasing as well as the medical treatment and medical expense are also running high on. Meanwhile, in Naderism era, health care institutes not merely care medical effect, but also focus on influcening factors of medical quality for earning customers’ loyalty. On the other way, customers’ feelling is important factors for improving competitiveness of the health care institute. Therefore, resource allocation for improving medical quality and promoting health care marketing effictenly is an urgent task for health care institutes. The purpose of the research was to explore influcening factors of the health care quality by case interview, literature review and quantative analysis. The research concludes six major influencing factors of health care quality by the way of empirical study. The factors include technical competence, interpersonal factors, personnel competence, convenience, costs and facilities. Meanwhile, the six basic quality model and eighteen regression models were supported the hypothesis. Models developed by the research can be used to explain the health care quality and forecast the the behavior of customers. The result of the research is not only useful as a reference for further research, but also be valuable to understand principal factors of influencing health care quality. Furthermore, it could be used on promoting and improving health care quality by the government. |
