中文摘要 | 企業資源規劃系統可協助企業改善營運績效。然而在進行系統的導入與執行時,需要搭配一套完整的方法論方能使其效益產生。本研究先對資訊系統導入的方法論進行回顧,之後以台灣─成衣廠商進行SAPR/3系統導入進行個案研究。個案公司以資訊策略規劃為觀點,將資訊專案分為準備、設計、系統建構、上線等四階段進行。整個專案歷時10個月後成功導入,並對個案公司的作業模式帶來改善。於專案完成一年後,本研究以資訊系統成功整合模型為架構,對個案公司資訊系統關鍵使用者進行專家訪談。經研究後發現,個案公司將企業資源規劃系統經過一套完整的方法論進行導入後,系統的功能已運用於日常作業中並獲取使用者的支持。個案公司成功導入企業資源規劃系統的模式,可為其他企業進行類似專案時的一個參考模式。 |
英文摘要 | Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems could provide significant improvements in efficiency for a company, but only when implemented correctly under a full ERP implementation methodology. With a brief review of ERP implementations, some experiences of SAP R/3 implementation in a clothing company would be described in this study. The SAP R/3implementation of case company is divided into four stages: Preparation, Design, Configuration, and Deployment. It takes ten months to implement and really works for the case company with operation improvements. After the implementation for one year, key users in case company were interviewed under the Information System Success Model. It shows the results that key users satisfy with the ERP system applied in the daily duties. The ERP implementation model could be a reference model for other companies. |
