中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討羽球教練領導行為與選手滿意度之關係;採用問卷調查法,其受試對象為94學年度大專杯羽球賽註冊之球隊選手。資料分析以SPSS for Windows10.0套裝軟體進行統計分析,資料處理以描述性統計、因素分析、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及皮爾遜積差相關作分析。研究結果如下:一、受測試之大專甲組羽球選手以『男性』;訓練時間『6~10年』;跟隨目前這位教練的訓練時間『3~4年』;每週訓練『4~5天』及『國家級』選手居多。二、不同背景羽球選手在教練領導行為各構面上之分析;僅有不同性別選手在『獎勵行為』及不同每週練習天數的選手在『專制行為』與『獎勵行為』達到顯著水準,其餘則未達到顯著水準。三、不同背景選手在滿意度各構面上皆未達到顯著水準。四、教練領導行為與選手滿意度間呈正相關。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study was to examine the interrelation of badminton coach leadership behavior and athletes' satisfaction. The study was conducted by questionnaire survey and the members were the athletes who registered in University Badminton Championship in 2005. The data was statistically analyzed by using SPSS for Windows 10.0. The study adopted Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson's product-moment correlation. The results can be summarized as follows: 1. The majority of badminton players of University Division A are performed in many aspects, such as male players, six to ten years' training time, three to four years' training with the same coach, four to five days' per week training frequency and national-level players. 2. There were significant differences regarding coach leadership behavior on the badminton players with different background have observed under the control of such variables as “gender” which includes rewarding behavior and “frequency of weekly training” which autocratic behavior and rewarding behavior are included. The others showed there was no significant difference. 3. There was no significant difference between the aspects of satisfaction and different background players. 4. Coach leadership behavior and athletes' satisfaction were significantly correlated. |
