中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討臺灣地區大專乙組桌球隊員知覺教練行為及選手滿意度之現況及關係。研究考以386名大專乙組桌隊員為研究對象,利用「大專桌球代表隊教練領導為行及選手滿意度調查量表」為研究工具進行問卷調查。再以描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後檢定等方法進行統計。本研究之主要發現如下:1. 大專桌球選手在訓練過程中,對教練實際表現的領導行為感受程度高底依序為「技術指導行為」、「教練行為」、「正向回饋行為」「民主行為」、「訓練行為」、「關懷行為」。2. 大專桌球代表隊選手參與代表隊的滿意度依序為「人際關係」、「成績表現」、「個人進展」以及「訓練環境」。3. 不同訓練年資及參賽經驗的大專乙組桌球隊員所知覺的教練領導行為有顯著差異,但不同性別選手知覺的教練領導行為卻無顯著差異。4. 不同性別及參賽經驗的大專桌球選手對參與代表隊滿意度有顯著差異;不同訓練年資方面對參與代表隊滿意度則無顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate perceived coach’s leadership behavior and player’s degree of satisfaction in participation. 386 B division collegiate table tennis athletes were used in the study. Description statistic, independence specimen t test, ANOVA and Scheff’s method were used to analyze the results. The research results were as follow: 1. The priority of perception of the athletes to coach’s leadership during training were guidance, training positive feedback, caring behavior, and democratic behavior. 2. The priority of degree of satisfaction of the table tennis athletes in participation were interpersonal relationship, coaching behavior, performance results, individual progress and training environment. 3. Differing training years and tournament experiences of the athletes showed different perception on the coach leadership, but there were no gender difference. 4. There is a difference in the degree of satisfaction of the athletes in gender and tournament experiences, but no differences in individual training years. |
