| 中文摘要 | 本研究將家庭污泥經磚窯廠燒成灰渣後(約800℃),再以研磨機處理家庭污泥灰使其通過100#號。並將凝聚性土壤分別與下水道污泥灰、下水道污泥灰/水泥、下水道污泥灰/石灰等混合,各材料分別以與土壤重量比2%、4%、8%、16%之量添加,製成三種土壤混拌試樣,再進行各項物理試驗(包含比重、含水量、阿太堡試驗、粒徑分析、土壤分類,pH值、SEM及X-ray等),以分析不同組成成份對改善軟弱土壤物理性質之成效。 研究結果顯示污泥灰/石灰添加於土壤後,各試驗期之pH值均呈下降趨勢,此及鈣離子隨卜作嵐反應而逐漸消耗,使得pH值隨齡期增加而降低,而污泥灰與土壤混合在短齡期下明顯造成土壤之塑性指數下降,在氣乾長齡期養治下由於水分流失造成改變塑性之行為能力降低。污泥灰/石灰與土壤混合在短齡期下亦造成土壤塑性指數下降,原始低塑性CL土壤降為低塑性ML沉泥類細粒土壤。 |
| 英文摘要 | In this study, sewage sludge samples were incinerated in a brick kiln plant at 800℃ before being grounded to pass #100 sieve. Then cohesive soil mixed with sludge ash, sludge ash/cement, and sludge ash/lime to manufacture specimens following proportions based on the weight percentages of 0%, 2%, 4%, 8%, and 16%. In order to understand the improvements of different additives on the properties of soft soil, tests like specific weight, moisture content, Atterberg limits, particle size, soil classification, pH values, SEM, and X-ray were performed. Results indicate that pH values reduced with the addition of sludge ash/lime at different extensions of curing age due to the gradual consumption of calcium ion in the pozzolanic reaction. Moreover, the decrease in plasticity index for sludge ash/oil specimens was noticed at shorter curing age. It was also found that the plasticity was reduced because of moisture lose at long term air cuing. Further, the plasticity index of sludge ash/lime/soil specimens was also reduced at short curing age and soil type was changed from CL to ML. |
