中文摘要 | 半導體產業發光二極體(Light Emitting Diode, LED)製程所產生之污泥(簡稱LED污泥)為事業廢棄物,如何資源化再利用殊值探討。本文將其取代5、10、20與30 wt.%水泥,灌鑄成5×5×5-立方公分之水泥砂漿試體進行抗壓強度等試驗,試驗結果顯示其初期1-3天之抗壓強度即與純水泥砂漿試體相近,而7-90天養護齡期之試體抗壓強度,約為純水泥砂漿試體抗壓強度之100~121%,顯現奈米SiO2粒子強化水合作用與卜作嵐反應,而促進試體之抗壓強度增長。本文亦同時進行掃描式電子顯微鏡與能量頻譜(SEM/EDS)分析、X光粉末繞射(XRD)分析、凝結試驗、流度試驗與質量成長量測試驗,試驗結果顯示該種廢棄物可取代部分水泥使用於水泥砂漿中,深具資源化再利用之潛能,對環境保護有益亦符合永續發展之需求。 |
英文摘要 | This study is using the sludge, a by-product of light emitting diode (LED) manufacturing process, which is industry waste (called LED sludge), using LED sludge powder to replace 0, 5, 10, 20, and 30 wt.% of the cement, then to mold the (5×5×5-cm^3) sludge-blended cement mortar (SBCM) specimens. These molded specimens were for compressive strength test and other engineering properties test. The properties of LED sludge sample were checked by scanning electron microscope/energy dispersive x-ray spectrometry (SEM/EDS) analysis, x-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and mass growth measurement. The compressive strengths test reveal that the compressive strength of SBCM specimens are comparable to those of ordinary Portland cement mortar (OPCM) specimens in early curing age of 1-3 days, and are 100~121% of those of OPCM specimens after curing of 7-90 days, the test results showed that the nano-particle enhanced the hydration and Pozzolanic reaction were the major effect to the strength evolution. LED sludge can be converted to a useful resource by exempting the difficulty of disposal problems and appeal to the environmental sustainability. |
