中文摘要 | 吾人仔細探討近十餘年來,就可了解各地發生大的水災害,並不止於某些特定的地區,而是在水文條件、地形條件相似的廣大區域,皆有可能發生的趨向,這也表示河川災害對策,或河工結構物設計時,對水文資料處理,應該由傳統點的資訊變換為面的處理,這對河量資料少的河川,在設定計畫洪峰量頗有幫助。 本研究,以特性曲線理論為主,先誘導出斜面長與洪水到達時間的公式,進而採合理式對臺灣河川水文資料最長,且最代表性之淡水河流域內石門水庫上游的三座流量觀測所的洪峰流量加以驗證,以探討其適用性。結果發現本文藉合理式推估洪峰量的成果整體尚佳,但是有流域面積愈小,其適合性愈佳的趨向。 |
英文摘要 | The extimation of the probable maximum discharge of flood is very important on planning river projects. Many formulas of the specific discharge of flood have been proposed, in order to estimate the probable maximum discharge, however, most of the those are obtained empirically and need lengthy records to ascertain the realities. In the study, It is carried from the viewpoint that the peak discharge of flood occurred on a river basin is the synthetic effect of both characteristics of time of concentration and temporal and spatial distribution of the rainfall in the basin. A preferable formula of Taiwan specific flood discharge having more physical significance than those suggested before was derived by the rational formula through this study. As a result, the estimate flood discharges are plotted on figures for comparing with the observed ones, In view of these simulated values, it is clear that the agreements on the whole are reasonable. |
