中文摘要 | 本文以問卷調查的方式,探討教育部實施中小學新課程時採需採行的配套措施。經因素分析後發現:涵括人員的意願與做法、實施計畫與宣導、任務編配、資源整合與分享、課程管理、人員的培育,和信念的堅定等六個面向,計三十項的需求措施。另,亦針對課程實驗的進行、課程更替的方式,和暫行綱要的發佈等之理想方式進行分析。文末,提出建議供教育部未來推動中小學課程實施之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the paper is to explore the strategy of the Ministry of Education's implementation of National Curriculum of secondary and elementary schools in Taiwan. Thirty strategies including volition, practice of staff, implementation plan and dissemination, resources combination and distribution, staff training and belief, assignment, and curriculum management were found by questionnaire investigation and factor analysis. In addition, discussion on how to implement curriculum experiment, replacement, and temporary curriculum guidelines were proposed in the paper. In the end, suggestions were proposed for the Ministry of Education regarding implementation of the secondary school and elementary school in the future. |
