中文摘要 | 舜施教育的目的在「神人以和」,「和」是教育的根本精神。《中庸》以「中和」代表「天命之謂性」與「率性之謂道」的思想。「修道之謂教」則是透過教育的過程修人道,使其致「中和」之境。 當代如欲實現真善美之「致中和」的教育,不可忽略教師的培育歷程與教育理念。 本文試從華梵大學師資培育的理念談起,如何注重未來教師的淑世情懷與教育理念,如何貫穿君子人格的修養功夫,以期儒家的君子人格思想能落實於師資培育理念中,更期許未來的教師均為君子教師,實踐真善美之「致中和」的教育,致力修養成就自己,也推己及人造福學生。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of education, for Shun is "living in harmony with nature", and "harmony" is the essence of education. Chung-Yung used ''the ultimate harmony" to represent the ideas of "nature of the energies of Life" and ''to go with the flow of Life as the Tao". "To practice Tao as education" means, then, to help people be human through education, and achieve the ultimate harmony. In order to promote education in harmony, which is true, good, and beautiful, one may not ignore the process and the philosophies of teachers' education. This paper attempts to employ the philosophies of teachers' education at Huafan University as an example, to discuss the ways of developing future teachers' spirit of serving the world with their educational ideals and to implement the training process of gentleman personality is expected that personality of the gentlemen of Confucianism can be implemented in ideas of teachers' education. The author expects that the idea of gentleman personality in Confucianism may be carried out in teachers' education program, and that all future teachers will be "gentleman teachers" to practice the harmonious education of truth, goodness, and beauty ultimately devote themselves to educational achievement, put themselves in the place of others' and benefit all students. |
