中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的在了解個案教師在體育教學過程對不同性別學生的對待方式,藉以分析教師的性別角色觀和對待不同性別學生之差異。研究以一位國小體育教師爲研究對象,運用質性研究之觀察法、訪談法、文件收集及問卷蒐集研究資料。研究結果顯示:一、個案教師性別角色觀:(一)人格特質:仍存有一般的性別角色刻板印象。(二)學習能力:男生肌力較大,運動能力比女生強。(三)行爲特質:女生認真但退縮,男生積極但常規差。(四)活動興趣:男生天生喜歡運動,女生容易討厭體育課。二、個案教師在教學中性別差異對待情形:(一)角色期待:對男生的期待比女生高(二)行爲關注:秩序管理上比較注意男生;對運動能力弱的男生則較爲忽略;懲罰時偶有男輕女重。(三)職務分派:以自願的方式,沒有自願者時,會以男生爲主;搬器材時,男生搬重的,女生搬輕的或易損壞的。(四)評量方式:差異大的項目,男女不同標準分開評分。三、個案教師的性別角色觀和性別差異對待之關聯:在他的性別角色刻板印象及男強女弱的觀點下,對學生產生性別差異對待。 |
英文摘要 | The Purpose of this study was to inquire a P.E. teacher's view of gender role and gender difference treatment. The methods of observation, interview, collected documents, and QA (question/ask) data collection were used, and the primary results were showed for the view of gender role of teacher: (1) Character of personality retained inflexible impression. (2) Male owned more power than exercise capability. (3) Male always like exercise class, but female almost doesn't. Besides, the gender difference treatment of teacher who was researched by single appeared (1) It evident a higher expectation to male than female. (2) Male always much consider than female in arrange management, but it often be ignored for weaker male, and sometimes appeared no equitable between male and female during punish. (3) Duty distribution is first choice voluntarily, second is male. Besides, male move heavy equipment and female move damaged or weaker materials. (4) Grade levels appeared different level for male and female. The interaction of the view of gender role with gender difference treatment of teacher showed differential treatment for male and female following the teacher's personality who is an inflexible impression of gender role and whose view of male always more power than female. |
