中文摘要 | 氧化鋅粉末的用途十分廣泛,諸如塗料、瓷釉、光觸媒、催化劑、光導體、半導體、紡織、橡膠…等,在變阻器使用上,具有高非歐姆性的電壓-電流特性,己廣泛地使用在電子系統中作為穩壓吸收突峰之功能。而變阻器成份中含97 mol/% 的氧化鋅粉體。本文研究以正-丁胺為鹼性沈澱劑,製備高純度粒徑球形及分佈均一的氧化鋅粉體和3mol/% 五種金屬氧化物。再添加不同金屬氧化物,充分混合均勻、不同燒結溫度、時間、探求最佳的參數,求得最佳平均α值約為100 的變阻器。 |
英文摘要 | The usage of ZnO is very broad, such as in coating, porcelain glaze, light catalyst, catalyst, photoconductor, semiconductor, spinning and weaving, rubber and the like. The varistor has nonohmic I-V characterisitics, which can be used in the electronic system to absorb the surge and maintain the constant voltage. The varistor contains 97 mol/% ZnO. In this study, n-butylamine was employed as a chemical precipitator to produce the high-purity, spherical and uniform particle-size ZnO powders. Sintering studies of these oxide powders with various additives were carried out. Optimum sintering conditions such as temperature, time etc. were used to obtain the varistors with good properties. |
