中文摘要 | 通訊產業是繼政府推動『挑戰2008:國家發展計畫』兩兆雙星產業後,選定的重點產業,為達成挑戰性之目標,豐沛的人力供給為關鍵要素。為掌握國內通訊產業科技人才供需狀況,提供政府單位適時採取必要的人力策略,以滿足產業發展之人力需求,有利通訊產業發展係本研究主要目的。透過產業前瞻、問卷調查及訪談,研究結果顯示,持平產業前景狀態,預期2006~2008年新增科技需求人數達13,300人。本文建議政府以延攬、培育、培訓等策略協助產業解決人才供需失衡問題,以提升臺灣科技人才競爭力,促成臺灣科技產業蓬勃發展,達到『挑戰2008:國家發展計畫』目標。 |
英文摘要 | The communication industry of Taiwan is targeted as one of the most essential industries on the National Development program 2008. In order to achieve the objective, the sufficient supply in S&T professional human resources, to address the direction for significant human resource policies, and to promote the development of Taiwan’s communication industry. The approached main methods included the industry forecasting, the survey of supply and demand questionnaire, and the interviews. From this research, it showed that there would be around 13,330 professional job vacancies in R&D and engineering fields for the coming years from 2006 to 2008, under the moderate economic scenario. The suggestions for the government proposed by this research were to solve the problems about the existed imbalance between the supply and demand side of S&T professional human resources, to consolidate the competitiveness of S&Y human resources in Taiwan, to help Taiwan industrial development, and to realize the vision of National Development Program 2008 by education, training, and recruiting hi-tech talents overseas. |
