中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在開發一半自動化PC-Based 工具磨床,以供端銑刀再研磨 (resharpening) 使用。通常是以手動工具磨床對端銑刀進行再研磨,為保證再研磨後刀具的品質,技術人員必須具備豐富的刀具研磨知識與熟練的技術。本文以伺服馬達控制傳統工具磨床的A、Y 兩軸,將再研磨技術的KNOW-HOW 轉換成程式置於PC-Based 控制器內,開發成以PC-Based 控制的一半自動化且半智慧化的兩軸工具磨床。性能測試結果顯示,此開發完成的半自動化工具磨床確實能提升再研磨刀具的品質與穩定性,使再研磨刀具之技術變得更簡單、更容易。 |
英文摘要 | This research aims at developing a semi-automatic PC-based tool grinder to provide a resharpening process for end mills. Conventionally, end mills are resharpened manually to insure satisfactory quality. To achieve this goal, technicians must possess abundant knowledge and reliable skills. Instead of using manual work, this paper illustrates a new two-axis tool grinder with semi-automatic, semi-intelligent PC-Based control to sharpen end mills. Basically, a servo-motor is utilized to control movements along both A and X axes. The procedures for the resharpening process are written as a computer program that is installed in a PC-based controller. The results of performance tests show that the developed grinder can significantly improve the quality and stability of workpieces, and, in addition, resharpening tools becomes more simple and easy. |
