中文摘要 | 本研究乃是利用影像技術建構一台檢測0402 晶片包裝紙帶之影像檢測系統,用來檢測紙帶沖孔之尺寸與毛邊長度,以作為沖壓製品之品質檢驗及模具觀測判斷與調整的依據。此影像檢測系統係使用CCD 擷取影像配合馬達帶動平台移動,以一次量測10 片紙帶,量測完畢可顯示其尺寸或毛邊、平均值、3σ、最大/小值與差值、綜合製程能力指數(Cpk )等以確認產品之品質。結果顯示此影像檢測系統量測每片需64 秒鐘可大量節省時間,最大變動誤差為0.005mm ,誤差百分比最大為3.86% ,由毛邊檢測中可明顯發現紙帶毛邊位置及量出其長度作為模具調整或更換之時機,所以,此影像檢測系統可替代人工量測,降低人為量測誤差及節省時間,以提高生產效能。 |
英文摘要 | This study aimed to construct an image detection system for 0402 paper carrier tape pieces employing image processing technology. The system was designed to measure the size of the punched hole and its deckle edge length, so as to check the quality of the pressing products and serve as the base for judgment and adjustment of the die being used. It utilized the images captured by a CCD camera and the movement of the platform driven by the motor to examine 10 slices of paper tape each time. After the detection, the size and deckle edge length, the average value, the 3σ, the maximum and the minimum, the subtract value, and the process performance (Cpk) all were known and were utilized to check the quality of the pressing products. The experimental results of the study indicated that the detection system could save a great deal of time, with only 64 seconds for each piece of paper tape, 0.005mm maximum error, 3.86% the greatest percentage of error, and 0.017 mm deckle edge detecting error. In addition, the position of deck edge was located and the length measured too, which helped provide information for die adjustment. In brief, this image detection system has proved to effectively replace manual measuring procedures, reduce mistakes and save time, and substantially increase manufacturing efficiency. |
