中文摘要 | 本研究之目的是利用高週波感應熔解爐進行煉鋼脫磷與脫硫實驗,探討活化後之精煉爐渣再利用於煉鋼脫磷與脫硫之可行性研究,並比較其脫磷與脫硫性能之優劣,以找出最佳可再利用活化後之精煉爐渣的場合。研究結果顯示當脫磷劑為100%精煉渣時,其脫磷率為25.2%;當添加25%CaO來活化精煉渣時,此時脫磷劑為75%精煉渣+25%CaO,其脫磷率可增加至62.2%;當添加50%CaO來活化精煉渣時,此時脫磷劑為50%精煉渣+50%CaO,其脫磷率可些許繼續增加至65.4%。脫磷過程之回硫率會隨脫磷劑中CaO添加量增加而下降,從無添加CaO的110.8%下降至添加50%CaO的69.5%。脫硫實驗結果證實,脫硫劑為不同來源之100%精煉渣時,其脫硫率優劣取決於精煉渣中Free-CaO含量,其中最佳之脫硫率為9.8%,比脫磷率效果差2.6倍。此外當添加25%CaO來活化精煉渣時,此時脫硫劑為75% 精煉渣+25%CaO,其脫硫率可增加至19.1%;當添加50%CaO來活化精煉渣時,此時脫硫劑為50%精煉渣+50%CaO,其脫硫率可繼續增加至55.8%。本研究經比較脫磷與脫硫性能後發現,活化後之精煉爐渣再利用於煉鋼脫磷效果比脫硫效果顯著,約提高17%,其最佳活化物CaO的含量為脫磷劑的50%。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficiency of using activated refining slag for steel dephosphorization and desulfurization and to optimize the application of activated refining slag. We used a high frequency induction furnace to conduct the dephosphorization and desulfurization experiments. Results revealed that the dephosphorizer with 100% refining slag had a dephosphorization ratio of 25.2%. When activated with 25% CaO, the dephosphorization ratio increased to 62.2%. When activated with 50% CaO, the dephosphorization ratio increased to 65.4%. The desulfurizer with 100% refining slag has the best desulfurization ratio of 9.8% that is less than 2.6 times of dephosphorization ratio. As the percent of CaO increased from 25% to 50%, the desulfurization ratio increased from 19.1% to 55.8%. The competition of dephosphorization and desulfurization utilizing the recycling ref ining slag showed that the efficiency of dephosphorization is about 17% higher than that of desulfurization. The optimal application of activated ref ining slag for the dephosphorizer is 50% CaO. |
