中文摘要 | 本實驗係探討以飲食調配視其是否會增進劍道選手成績的表現。受試者共九位,均為健康年經男性的大學生。受試者在實驗前先經醫師作身體健康檢查並由營養師指導作三天的飲食記錄。實驗期間,參加者隨機分對照和實驗組,前者飲食中醣類占49.4,後者醣類占59.6(高醣飲食)。實驗前後均測受試者的血液相關生化值。為期四天的實驗後結果顯示:受試者體重均未改變;體脂肪均降低,唯實驗組的改變方具有統計意義(P < 0.05)。血液生化值除GOT和GPT兩組增加外,血糖、三酸甘油酯、胰島素等值在實驗前後均未有變化。實驗組的爆發力和耐力測試均優於對照組,但統計上無顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | The objective was investigated the effect of adjusted diet on explosive and endurance performance of kendo. Nine healthy male of college students participated in this study. The participants wrote down 3-day dietary records under dietitian instructions. The experimental group (n = 5) consumed 59.6 carbohydrates (CHO) compared that 49.4 CHO of control group (n = 4). The effects on blood glucose, triglyceride, insulin and liver function of both groups were reported. The results after 4-day experimental period showed that no change on body weight and decreased body fat of both groups. Only the change of body fat on experimental group was significantly different (p < 0.05). The biochemical value was not significantly different after program except GOT & GPT value. The experimental group had better performance test than control but that was no significant difference. |
