中文摘要 | 本研究以環氧樹脂DGEBA為基質,分別用BADN或DDM為硬化劑,使用DSC,以自催化動力模式為基礎,根據鏈鎖律將定溫靜態法轉變成非定溫動態法模式,來觀察與探討在不同升溫速率下,環氧樹脂硬化的反應動力參數(反應級數、活化能與速率常數等)。各種動力參數可在不同的反應溫度區求得。對使用DDM為硬化劑之系統,反應動力總級數與平均活化能分別為0.7-0.95,51.6 kJ/mol,與文獻所發表的相較近似。最大動態反應速率(r□)與升溫速率成正比。利用動態DSC法,本實驗系統反應級數不能簡化成n階非催化系統。相同升溫速率下,DDM系統的r□均大於BADN系統。相較於他法,本法具有模式簡化判定、可求取反應過程與完整之參數、省時和方便性等優點。 |
英文摘要 | The cure kinetic parameters of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A using 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane (DDM) or a space interference amine, bis (4-amino-3,5-dimethylphenyl) naphthylmethane (BADN) as the curing agents were investigated by using a non-isothermal differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). In this study we used a non-isothermal dynamic analysis to determine the kinetic parameters over the whole range of conversion for the amine-cured systems. The kinetic parameters can be obtained rapidly at different reaction regions. Total reaction order and activation energy in the DGEBA/DDM system are 0.70-0.95, 51.6 kJ/mol, respectively, which compare very well with the values reported in the literature. Using the dynamic analysis, the heating rate for each run must be in appropriate ranges, and the simplified nth-order model was considered inappropriate to the epoxy/amine reactions in this study. On increasing heating rate, all the samples tested showed an increase in maximum conversion rate (r□) during cured. It is obvious that the non-isothermal curing process is greatly improved and consolidated when our analytic approach is used. |
