中文摘要 | 本研究結合灰關聯分析與田口法探討SKD11模具鋼於放電加工時之最佳化參數組合,以及各加工參數對加工結果之影響。實驗結果顯示工作波寬對表面粗糙度、材料移除率及擴孔量有最為顯著的影響,而高壓電流則有次要顯著的影響。針對多重加工特性問題,應用灰關聯分析理論,以放電加工中表面粗糙度為望目品質特性、材料移除率望大品質特性及擴孔量小品質特性時,可從所設計的加工參數組合中得到一組最佳化的組合,同時滿足上述三項品質特性之最佳目標值。本研究的過程及結果可提供相關產業的參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study combines grey relational analysis and Taguchi method to find a set of optimal parameter in electrical discharge machining SKD11 steel mold and to analyze the effect of the individual parameters on the EDM results. It has been shown that time interval is the most significant effect on surface roughness, material removal rate and hole-enlargement. The high voltage current is the second significant effect. Furthermore, grey relational analysis has been applied in the multiple characteristic problem for the three quality characteristic, nominal-the-better quality characteristic is adopted for the surface roughness, larger-the-better quality characteristic for the material removal rate, and smaller-the-better quality characteristic for the hole-enlargement using the similar method. It can be attained an optimal machining parameter combination from the designed machining sets. The processes and results in this study can be applied to the reclated industries for reference. |
